  1. Do textbook problems 2-16, 2-17, 2-18, 2-19, and 2-20.

  2. Pick one of the following Boolean expressions and simulate its operation using Quartus II.
    1. F1 = A'B' + B(A + C)
    2. F2 = BC + AC'
    3. F3 = A + CD
    4. F4 = (A + B)(C' + D)
    5. F5 = (A + B)CD+A'B'(C + D)

  3. Simulate the same Boolean expression in Spice (7400 series library)

  4. Use Excel to obtain truth table for the same Boolean expression.

  5. Do textbook problems 3-35 and 3-36.
