- Calculate the Seidel ray aberrations (image and chromatic).
- Calculate wavefront aberrations:

Use
`Evaluate - Spot Diagram - Single Spot Diagram`and set the fractional object y-height to 1. - Plot a general spot diagram analysis.
Shift the system focus -0.2 mm (insert value at image surface th).
Then plot the spot diagrams for maximum focal shift of 0.1 mm.
Use
`Evaluate - Spot Diagram - Report Graphic`

- For the above lens
- Calculate e
_{0}and explain its relationship to the diffraction spot size given by OLSO. - Calculate the wavefront aberrations using Excel and/or Matlab.
